Does MOOD accept returns or exchanges?

No. Please read the description carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You have 24 hours from the time order was placed! Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] to ensure that we don't ship your order. Once shipped we are unable to cancel.


When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Please note certain items may be shipped separately but will be processed all at once. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation from [email protected] to the email address you enter on our order. If for some reason , you did not receive an email after the following 2 business days of your order please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list or email us your order number along with the order information you ordered under including email. Mood offers deliveries across the U.S.. International orders will be available in the near future.


How do I check out?

Check out as a guest with PayPal or check out as a PayPal user and complete a payment. Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover cards are accepted also. All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number. The tracking number will be provided via email when you receive the order shipment confirmation. 


Will I receive the same item as in photo?

Yes. All products seen pictured on our website are sold as is displayed on website. If you have any questions please feel free to email [email protected].


Can I track my order?

Yes. You can see updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click the tracking number or input the tracking number into the USPS website. Please be sure to choose the correct item when ordering as we do not offers returns or exchanges at this time. If there is a problem with your tracking number, please contact USPS. Once we ship your item, we are no longer in control of it. USPS has all of the information you require. Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address after the order has been placed. We are no longer accountable for items shipped.

Will out of stock items be restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If the is no stock we will remove it from our website.
